Production area / Vineyard: Colline di Vidor, one of the 15 municipalities included in the DOCG specification, in the locality of “Casera del Cavalier Tittoni”.
Vineyard extension: 2,6 ha.
Altitude: 240 m s.l.m.
Terrain type: Calcareous soil.
Position and exposure: The hill is composed of heterogeneous pebbles compacted because previously there was a seabed.
Farming systems: Double upside down.
Age: 80 Year.
Surrender: 130 quintals ha.
Harvest period: Towards the end of September when the grapes are very ripe.
Vinification: Very slow alcoholic fermentation.
Second fermentation: Slow, the yeasts slowly release a carbon that becomes almost creamy and persistent.

Brilliant, straw yellow with golden reflections.
Perlage: Persistent and fine-grained.
Bouquet: Complex and velvety with hints of ripe yellow apple, yellow plum, bouquet of white flowers, with a predominance of white rose, light spiciness and balsamic. The low sulfur content enhances a deeper and clearer perception of aromas.
Taste: Intense and with a noble structure that recalls the complexity of the perfume, hints of fruit.
Pairings: Sea bream fillet with pink grapefruit pulp. Milk sirloin. Thyme tuna tartare with thyme oil.

Curiosity: It takes the name of the ancient owner, Cavalier Tittoni, who after the destruction of his spinning mill, which took place during the First World War, donated all his land to the Vidor Nursery School. For the past 70 years these vineyards have been cultivated by the Vettoretti family.
