Production area / Vineyard: On the slopes of the hills of Vidor, one of the 15 municipalities of the DOCG.

Vinification: The free-run must is obtained with a soft pressing of the grapes and is processed with careful control of the temperatures, so as to keep intact the aromaticity of the Glera grape.
Second fermentation: 4 abundant weeks.

Color: Brilliant, straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perlage:
Fine and persistent.
Aroma:
Fruity of William pear, calla flowers and campanula.
Taste:
It is a wine with a good harmony between the perception of sweetness and acidity, which combined with a slight sapidity characterize this full-bodied wine.
The pleasant fruity aftertaste is persistent.
Pairings:
Risotto with seafood and green asparagus tips. Holy hood wrapped in Crudo di Sauris and seared in the oven. Bites of stewed bacon and dried prunes wilted in the oven.

Curiosity: The grapes used for the production of this wine come from the Serrai vineyard, a name deriving from the term “chicken coop”, located near the old birthplace of the Vettoretti family.

Alcohol content: 11.5%
