100% SANGIOVESE.

Aged for about 12 months in large Salvonia oak barrels. The Rosso expresses the vigor of the grapes and the land of the Piano vineyard and the cypress vineyard.

VINIFICATION: maceration in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 23 degrees for 25 days.
AGING: 20 hl Slavonian barrels for at least 9 months. AGING: in the bottle for a period of not less than 4 months.
COLOR: clear, intense ruby red
AROMA:
complex, with hints of strawberry, cherry jam, slightly spiced with floral and mineral notes.
TASTE:
balanced, intense, with dense and elegant tannins. Long, savory and mineral finish.
